Hey girl hey. And boy.
I’m back with another recipe today. It’s March break so I’m hoping to schedule as many posts as I can this week. I’m using LauraInTheKitchen’s recipe today but all pictures are my own. There’s not much to say here so let’s get starteddd.
What You Need
- ½ Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- 3 Mashed Bananas
- ¼ tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 2/3 Cup of All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp of Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp of Salt
- ¼ tsp of Cinnamon
- 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
Mash three bananas.
In a separate bowl, whisk 1/2 cup of sugar, two eggs, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and the mashed bananas to the mixture.
On a plate or bowl, lightly mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and add them to the mixture.
In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of chocolate chips with 3 tbsp of flour and mix until all chocolate chips are coated. Then, add this mixture to your main bowl.
Using an ice cream coup or measuring cup, scoop the batter into your muffin pan and bake for twenty minutes.
Step 7 *most important step*
Can we appreciate how most of my recipes have 7 steps? At this point, I’m probably just combining a bunch of them but still.😂 Let me know if any of you try this or have a different way of making banana chocolate chip muffins. I’ll see you all in my next post.
